Delete your Tumbly account

You can delete your Tumbly account and everything in it at any time. This removes your family profile, every kid profile, their islands, stickers and trip history.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Tumbly and tap the lock in the corner to open the grown-up area.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

By email

Email privacy@tumbly.ai from the address you signed up with and write "Delete my account". We'll confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted, and when

• Deleted immediately: your account, email, kid profiles, islands, stickers, trips and listening history.
• Removed within 30 days: copies in our backups and analytics tools.
• Kept as required by law: purchase records needed for taxes and refunds (no kid data), for up to 7 years, and a record that you gave and withdrew parental consent (no kid data), for 3 years.
• Never stored in the first place: voice recordings and the text of kids' questions, and a trail of where you drove.

Just one kid, or just some data?

Delete a single kid profile in Grown-ups → Kids, or turn off live AI questions and location in the grown-up area. To get a copy of your data first, see Your data.
