1

A grown-up signs in

Continue with Apple, Google or your email. Add a profile for each kid, with a nickname, an avatar and an age.

2

Kids pick a place

Their island shows every Tumbly world. Big buttons, no reading required, and nothing they can wander off into.

3

The island grows

Stickers, trophies and new spots appear as they explore. Tumbly notices what they love and suggests what to try next.

Our promise to kids (and you)

We're parents too. Tumbly is built the way we'd want it for our own kids.

No ads, ever

No ads, no tracking pixels for advertisers and no selling data. We make money from an optional family plan.

Grown-up gate

Settings, purchases and links out of the app sit behind a parent check that kids can't tap through.

Voices aren't kept

When a kid asks a question out loud, we turn it into text to answer it, then throw the recording away.

Fact-checked

Every RoadStory history story is checked against real sources. Hard history is told gently and honestly.

Questions parents ask

What ages is Tumbly for?

Most worlds are made for kids 4 to 10. Stories are written for about age 6, and big kids still love the quizzes.

Do I need a Tesla or a special car?

No. RoadStory works with any car. The phone plays stories over your car speakers with Bluetooth, and a tablet or the back seat screen can show the pictures. If you have a Tesla, here's how to use the rear screen.

Does it work outside the Bay Area?

Our first hand-written stories cover Mill Valley, Marin and the Golden Gate. In new places, Tumbly writes and illustrates fresh stories about real landmarks nearby while you drive. They show up on the map when they're ready.

Is my kid talking to an AI?

Only when they tap the "ask" button and a grown-up has turned it on. Answers are short, kind and about the trip. We don't store what they said.

How do I cancel?

On iPhone or Android, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. On the web, use "Manage plan" in the parent area. Nothing is hidden.

Be first to try what's next

Blocks, Books and Kidphone are on the way. We'll send one email when each one opens.
